Jasper Fulford-Dobson is an independent consulting arborist whose experience includes fifteen years commercial contracting (1990-2004) and three and a half years in local planning authority (2005-2008). Since 2008 he has been working as an independent consultant initially as an employee of B. J. Unwin Forestry Consultancy (2008 – 2012) and now as director of Fulford-Dobson Associates. His main role since 2008 has been as appointed tree inspector to English Heritage covering over 100 historic sites in the East Midlands, East of England, London and Southern regions. These include Audley End House and Gardens, Battle Abbey, Dover Castle, Eltham Palace, Kenwood House, Osborne House, Walmer Castle and Wrest Park.

FDA Ltd is well supported by our full-time surveyor Gabriel McLoughlin who has been working in the forestry and arboriculture sector since 2010. He is a Member of the Arboricultural Association, holds the Diploma in Arboriculture (L4) and is a past winner of the Royal Forestry Society’s Silky Fox Award.
